What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa/Delta, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro and Visa/Electron; or cheques denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank.

What is included in the price?

All cards will be dispatched with a matching envelope inside a clear plastic bag for protection from dirt and dust. If requested, the large cards (A5) can be dispatched inside a gift box with a clear plastic lid.
Photograph albums will be supplied with a gift box covered with off-white handmade paper.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

If you wish to purchase multiple items, a discount will be made on postage costs. If you would like to buy a large quantity of items, please Contact us and we will do our best to give a satisfactory discount.

What if I don't see anything I like?

All of our products are hand-made, and can be customised to your specification. If you would like something in a different colour, size or a completely new design that is not yet on our website, please contact us here Contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements.

Do you supply wedding invitations?

Yes, wedding invitations can be provided, and will be personalised to your exact requirements. Please Contact us to discuss this.

What about Privacy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders.

Do you accept international orders?

At present, thecardbox.co.uk will only ship to the UK.

How much do you charge for delivery?

When you fill out your online order form you will be asked to select a despatch option. Our system then calculates and displays the despatch charges for your transaction, based on the current Royal Mail prices.

How long will delivery take?

If an item is in stock, it will be dispatched using First Class mail (keepsake boxes and champagne flutes will be sent via the standard Parcel service).
If the item is not in stock, we will email you with an expected delivery date, which should be no longer than 28 days after your original order date.

What is your returns policy?

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days, and we will provide a refund for the price of the item. We will only refund postage costs if the return is a result of our error or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
